Our XL Offices are located in DMC 02, and suitable for 16+ desks (all the way up to 36!). At 1932 square feet, these spaces can accommodate large-scale teams with room to scale. You’ll also have access to the breakout areas, meeting rooms, conference and event spaces and other facilities in the building. As well as a kitchen and on-site café — the brain fuel for your big ideas.

Everyone's work hours differ from one another. At the DMC, tenants get 24/7 access with secure access to the building, making it easier to live the DMC life around your time.

All our DMC 02 businesses have access to a dedicated Key Account Manager from Enterprising Barnsley. Bringing all the updates and info for you, with insight to news on skills, finance, and innovation
In your monthly rental fee, Building insurance, Site management charges, Internet, Heating, Electricity & water*, and Lighting is inclusive.(*unless usage above normal) Business rates additional at DMC 02
In your rental fee, 1 x car park permit is inclusive, allowing you to park in one of our large on-site carparks. Additional passes for your staff can be added to your rental fee if required.
Our inclusive shared broadband is perfect for most businesses to operate at great speeds daily; we can offer dedicated broadband for you if required too.

The staff, they are all so helpful and amazing, can't do enough for the businesses in the building. They always go the extra mile to help and they always have us in mind for example, bringing everyone a crème egg at Easter and ice lolly's when the weather was really hot. Its the little things they do that are lovely and that count even though they do everything else which we are grateful for but these little touches show us they care about the businesses in the building.
